DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordinate the general office function of the study group
• Assists with preparation of various study materials
• Fields calls from participating sites and co-ordinates transfer of information to other study staff
• Maintains records of eligible study patients
• Organizes and maintains files for current studies
• Liase with participating sites and public health departments
• Assists with data entry as required
• Arranges and attends study meetings and maintains minutes
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Undergraduate degree from University or Community College or equivalent work related experience
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Capable of functioning independently
• Computer skills – capable of functioning in Microsoft and database environment
• Previous experience in medical environment an asset
